The Army List

Since 1740 lists have been maintained of the officers and regiments of the British Army. Over the years it has been a standard source of reference for historians and families of officers alike (famously playing a vital role in Oscar Wilde's play The Importance of Being Earnest). Sadly in recent years such volumes have no longer been reproduced in printed form. Now, in response to popular demand, Dandy Booksellers is able to once again offer this important resource.
