UN ADR 2023
The Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) is an important trade facilitation tool and thus helps reduce the risk of protectionism. Except for dangerous goods which are totally prohibited for transport, and except when transport is regulated or prohibited for reasons other than safety, the international transport of dangerous goods by road is authorized by ADR in the territories of the Contracting Parties, provided that the provisions of the agreement are respected. As a Contracting Party, during the transitional and post-Brexit period, the United Kingdom will continue to apply ADR requirements.

Dangerous Goods Emergency Action Code List 2023
The Dangerous Goods Emergency Action Code List outlines the Emergency Action Codes (EACs), also known as Hazchem codes, for the use of the emergency services in conjunction with Emergency Action Code Cards.
EACs indicate to the emergency services actions that may be necessary during the first few minutes of an incident involving dangerous goods, should the officer in charge of the incident deem it necessary to take immediate action.

Carriage of Dangerous Goods: Approved Derogations and Transitional Provisions 2nd impression, 2023
Carriage of Dangerous Goods: Approved Derogations and Transitional Provisions sets out the circumstances under which particular types of carriage or carriage in particular circumstances are exempt from requirements and prohibitions arising under those regulations. It also provides for alternative requirements and prohibitions to apply.

The Dangerous Goods Road Pack also includes four statutory instruments (SI 2021/1370, SI 2020/1111, SI 2011/1885 and SI 2009/1348) which adopt the dangerous goods regulations into UK law, and genuine Dorema U-Tabs which will assist you in navigating the ADR.
