Making a record of a safe situation is just as important as a record of an unsafe situation.

This register of inspections can be used to record the results of inspections carried out under:

• Contruction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007
• The Work at Height Regulations 2005
• The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER 1998)

It can also be used for general inspections of premises and confined spaces and includes extracts from the Regulations and example entries

Please Note:
Lifting equipment has seperate requirements and a special register is available for recording inspections and thorough examinations of this type of equipment. (Manufacturers instructions shouls be consulted to help determine the frequency of inspections.)
