NEC4: Facilities Management Short Subcontract should be used for the appointment of a subcontractor for a period of time to manage and provide a facility management service which does not require sophisticated management techniques, comprises straightforward work and imposes only low risks on both parties and where the service provider has been appointed under an NEC4 contract.
