The Police powers and procedures: Other PACE powers statistical bulletin has now been split into 3 separate releases:

• this publication, covering data collections on detentions in police custody, pre-charge bail and individuals released under investigation, is now referred to as Police custody and pre-charge bail
• the motoring offences and breath tests data collections were published in March 2026 in the Police powers and procedures: Roads policing bulletin
• the stop and search, arrests and mental health detention collections were published in November 2025 in the Stop and search, arrests and mental health detentions bulletin

Additionally, a separate report on police protest powers is now also part of the Police powers and procedures collection. The latest report, containing data up 31 March 2025, was published in February 2026.
