Shipping Information

All UK orders are sent by either First Class Recorded Post or by Parcelforce Courier and both methods require a signature on delivery. We aim to deliver your order right away and you will normally receive your order in 3 - 5 business days.

International orders are generally received in under 14 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping will be charged depending on the weight and the value of your consignment and will be shown at point of order.


For UK deliveries our minimum charges are:

• Royal Mail (First Class Recorded Post) £2.95




• Parcelforce Courier Delivery £6.40*

• Highlands and Islands of Scotland - Standard rates up to 15.5Kg : £12.80
• Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - Standard rates up to 15.5Kg : £19.20

Urgent Deliveries

For urgent orders in the UK it may be possible to arrange timed next day deliveries for a supplementary charge and in certain circumstances we may also be able to offer a sameday delivery service by dedicated couriers.

Delivery is subject to product availability and service restrictions from the courier companies sub-contracted by Dandy Booksellers Ltd.

International Orders

For orders being shipped outside of the UK we use Royal Mail Airmail for items below 2 kg and Parcelforce Worldwide, or DHL for heavier consignments. Please note most orders will require a signature on receipt.

Although every effort is made to get your order to you in the quickest possible time it must be noted that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.

Important:
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Where "Free UK Shipping" is advertised for a particular product, certain exclusions apply.
